‘Artsupport Australia’ in Victoria
Third Sector — July 2010
Anna Draffin has commenced in a newly created role with Artsupport Australia, to support the Australia Council for the Arts’ strategic priority to develop effective strategies for giving, and to increase philanthropic support for the arts in Victoria.
Her role will complement managers in Darwin, Perth, Brisbane, and the Sydney-based director so that Artsupport Australia’s programs can reach out nationally to more clients, including artists, arts organisations, philanthropists, and foundations and trusts.
Draffin was most recently the Deputy Director of the Heide Museum of Modern Art, and in 2006 received the Margaret Lawrence Bequest scholarship for leadership in arts management.
