Ken Bishop is set to become the next Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Catalogue Association (ACA) when Chris Lee-Brown retires in July of this year.
Bishop brings more than 15 years of experience in printing, paper and distribution to the position and will be responsible for ensuring the industry remains viable and relevant, well into the future.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the new leadership role and the growth potential of the association, Bishop said “This current economic climate is a great opportunity for the industry. Catalogues drive sales and stimulate retail activity. Their effectiveness is more relevant now than ever.”
ACA Chairman David Chesser welcomed Bishop to the new role and acknowledged the significant of the outgoing CEO Lee-Brown. “The ACA looks forward to the continuing evolution of the association can provide and building on the sound platform that Chris has laid.”
The ACA was formed in 1992 and represents the producers and distributors of catalogues.
