After completing her tourism degree, she moved into the hotel industry and worked for some of Australia’s leading chains in a myriad of roles from basic food and beverage service and hotel reception, to event and conference management and group reservation management. Roberts has also been employed as executive personal assistant to the director of an international creative company.
“It was a great experience to be on the other side of the coin, giving me a true understanding of the pressures and time constraints often experienced in support roles. Being able to offer a free service which assists in relieving some of that pressure is a very rewarding experience,” she says.
