Associations that want to find out how they can better integrate their publications and events to maximise revenue are invited to attend an upcoming seminar in Melbourne.
Industry association Publishers Australia is running a seminar on 'How to turn your magazine into an event'. This will be an opportunity to discover how magazines can be leveraged to create a lucrative new revenue stream through events, or if you have a magazine and already run events, come to share your experience and gain more tips for success.
The seminar will feature a panel of experts in the field who will explain the tips and tricks to hosting a successful event.
Managing Director of publishing and event specialists Great Southern Press (GSP) Chris Bland will provide the secrets behind expanding four of their magazine titles into major trade shows – in each case doubling the profitability of the brand.
Chris will also explain how to manage sales, relationships with advertisers and key customers, and how to integrate events into your workflow, or decide if outsourcing works better.
