With a background in community development, Brooks is working on fundraising and connecting Mercy Health projects with philanthropists and grant makers. Currently the key project for the Foundation is to establish Victoria’s first Breastmilk Bank at Mercy Hospital for Women.

“It is such a pleasure to work on really innovative and exciting initiatives, like the Breastmilk Bank”, she said. “Mercy Health provides a wide range of services and one of our other projects is to raise funds for a Diversional Therapy Program for dementia patients in our aged care facilities. Such different projects, but both are essentially based on excellent and dedicated health care.”
