Applications are now open for scholarships for an Executive Master of Public Administration with the Australia and New Zealand School of Government.
The Victorian Government is supporting two places for the 2012 intake for the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA).
The EMPA is a two-year, post-graduate program aimed at developing the policy and management skills of high-potential employees in government and government-related sectors.
Applications are open to individuals in all Victorian NFP organisations, with a preference given to organisations that have displayed a particular commitment to building the capacity of the sector.
Applicants should demonstrate:

Strong evidence of leadership potential
Potential to contribute at the senior executive level as part of the next generation of NFP sector leaders
Clearly and consistently above-average work performance
Sound management capability
Commitment and ability to contribute to learning and to learn from others
Strong commitment to career development
Capacity to complete a rigorous masters program (usually evidenced by successful completion of an undergraduate degree)
In most cases, at least five years relevant work experience.
All applications will be assessed by a selection panel consisting of representatives from the Victorian Government and the NFP sector.
